Within a short walking distance from the centre of Maussane, this 190 m² "mas" (Provencal farmhouse) combines the charm of the old with its beams and thick walls, and modern comfort thanks to the addition of air conditioning and a heated pool.
On the ground floor:
- the large living room opening south onto the terrace, invites you to relax in front of the fireplace or TV thanks to the three sofas,
- the semi-open kitchen is connected to the living room and equipped with an American fridge, a gas stove with two ovens, a microwave, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso coffee machine, as well as all the necessary appliances,
- the dining room invites you to gather around the large table,
- bedroom #1 (two single beds or one 180 cm bed) opens onto the quiet little dead-end where the "mas" is located,
- the bathroom (walk-in shower, double vanity and toilet) is accessible from both the bedroom #1 and the dining room,
- the laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron and storage also opens onto the terrace with a gas barbecue and a Weber charcoal grill.
Upstairs:
- bedroom #2 (two single beds or one 180 cm bed) with a south-facing French door, en-suite bathroom (bathtub and sink), alcove with shelves and clothes rail, and mezzanine that can accommodate 2 additional guests,
- bedroom #3 (two single beds or one 180 cm bed) with south-facing French door, open bathroom (shower and sink), alcove with shelves and clothes rail,
- a separate toilet,
- bedroom #4 (two single beds or one 180 cm bed), accessed by passing through the en-suite bathroom (bathtub, double vanity, bidet, and toilet), is very bright thanks to its south and east-facing French doors and features a separate dressing room.
In the 1,200 m² garden is a 12 m x 5 m pool, heated from mid-April to mid-October (extra fee of €150/week), and secured with an exterior shutter.
The 10 sun loungers invite you to laze in the sun or relax in the shade.
Those more active can enjoy the ping-pong table or the two adult bikes provided.
Parking for three cars is available inside the garden through the manual gate.
Bed linens and towels are provided for your stay.
Fiber-optic WiFi, pool and garden maintenance are included.

In June and September: €2,880/week – in July and August: €4,200/week.
