Located in a peaceful setting just a short walk from the center of the village of Eygalières, at the foot of the Alpilles, this beautiful contemporary farmhouse combines charm with great comfort.
It offers on the ground floor:

- a large 80 m² living room serving as both a lounge with fireplace and TV, and a spacious dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen (three ovens including a steam oven, American fridge, dishwasher, etc…),
- a double bedroom #1 (160 cm bed) with bathroom (sink, bathtub, walk-in shower, and toilet),
- a double bedroom #2 (two 90 cm beds or one 180 cm bed) with shower room (sink, walk-in shower, toilet),
- a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron).
The large living room opens onto an east-facing patio, a terrace overlooking the garden, and a covered terrace with outdoor lounge, pizza oven, and charcoal barbecue.
A stone staircase from the entrance hall leads upstairs to:
- a double bedroom #3 (160 cm bed) with en-suite shower room (sink, walk-in shower, toilet),
- a double bedroom #4 (160 cm bed) with en-suite shower room (sink, walk-in shower, toilet),
- a double bedroom #5 (two 90 cm beds or one 180 cm bed) with a shower room off the landing (sink, walk-in shower, toilet).
Set on 3,200 m² of enclosed, landscaped grounds, you will find flowerbeds, various relaxing spots throughout, an 11 x 4.5 m infinity pool secured by an automatic cover, sun loungers, a shaded pergola, an outdoor shower, and a pool house with toilet and sink.
Parking is available at the back of the house, along with a pétanque court and ping-pong table.
Table linens, bed linens, towels, and pool towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
Three hours of cleaning with linen change every Friday are included in the rental price for stays of two weeks or more.
Air conditioning throughout the house, pool heating available at an extra cost.
Rates for 2026: from €8,640 to €9,000 per week, depending on season and length of stay.
Tourist tax for 2026 additional: €3.74 per adult per day.
