Arriving via the large south-facing terrace immediately invites long summer evenings and lively gatherings. The living room, with its cosy sitting area, retains its original fireplace, while the modern kitchen opens onto the family dining table. A little hall leads to a ground-floor bedroom (160 cm bed) with a bathroom (vanity and walk-in shower) that opens through a large French door onto the garden.
Also on the ground floor, a laundry room (washing machine, sink), a toilet, storage spaces, and a second bedroom (two 90 cm beds) perfect for children accompanying their parents. This second bedroom opens onto a charming patio where shaded stone benches offer a quiet spot for reading.
Upstairs, two bedrooms—one with a 180 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds (or a 180 cm one)—share a large bathroom (double vanity, walk-in shower) and a toilet. The third bedroom of this floor (160 cm bed) has its own bathroom (large double vanity, walk-in shower, and toilet) as well as private outdoor access via a stone staircase.
On the 3,000 m² grounds, pristine Mediterranean nature reveals its fragrances. A 14 m x 6 m salt-filtered pool faces due south and enjoys sun all day long. Sun loungers are there for relaxing, while parasols or olive trees provide some shade.
Central air conditioning, WiFi, TV with Canal+ and Netflix, bed and toilet linen, garden and pool maintenance are all included for the stay.
