Respect for character, elegance, and simplicity guided the restoration of this beautiful farmhouse of 280 m² set on a 1.2-hectare plot. On the ground floor, a spacious entrance with a billiard table opens to the left onto the large living room and to the right onto the smaller sitting room. The large kitchen/dining area follows the smaller sitting room and also opens onto the terrace shaded by ancient plane trees. Fully equipped and complemented by a pantry/laundry room, it provides access to guest toilets and bedroom #1 (160 cm bed) with wardrobe and shower room (double shower, sink, and toilet).
Upstairs, bedroom #2 (160 cm bed) includes a closet and shower room (extra-flat shower tray, sink, and toilet); bedroom #3 (two 80 cm beds or one 160 cm bed) with bathroom (bathtub and sink) shares the toilet with bedroom #4 (160 cm bed) featuring a shower room (shower and sink). This room is accessible via a mezzanine overlooking the living area, set up as a home office. Finally, bedroom #5 (160 cm bed) has a large bathroom opening onto the room (bathtub and sink) and separate toilets.
Upon request and for an additional fee, a dormitory with a large shower room (double sink, shower, and toilet) can accommodate 4 children on the second floor.
To the south of the farmhouse, a large shaded table, a gas barbecue/plancha, and an olive grove.
To the north of the farmhouse, a vegetable garden.
To the east of the farmhouse, separated by a low hedge and a gate, the 5 m x 12 m salt-filtered swimming pool is also secured by an underwater alarm. An outdoor lounge is shaded by the covered terrace, with sun loungers surrounding the pool.
The ping-pong table and pétanque court await summer sports enthusiasts!
Large trees near the automatic gate provide shelter for the cars.
